I had a problem with a leak coming into my daughter's bedroom from the chimney breast. I had several roofers out to try and rectify the problem, however, they said everything was fine. Will came out to have a look at the roof, he used a drone which I was impressed by. By using the drone you could see the problem straight away. Within two hours of visiting my property, he sent me a quote. Within a week, he had rectified the problem. The guys who came to fix the problem were lovely and also Will was excellent with his communication skills, always keeping me in the loop. I would highly recommend using this company. I was very impressed.

William carried out work on our garage roof to enable a car lift to be fitted. He quoted a price, carried the work out promptly and left no mess. The price he quoted was the price we paid, all work was carried out professionally, couldn't be happier. It's great to find genuine tradesmen these days, would not hesitate to recommend.

Amazing work, we got 2 different things done to the roof, explained things properly, showed photos/videos of the damaged roof, completed the work efficiently, very transparent with the work/pricing and very polite and helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely use Trident again.
