Most roof leaks start small: a slipped tile, a cracked ridge, a tired lead flashing or a blocked valley. Left alone, water soaks into battens, rafters and insulation, and a cheap fix becomes an expensive one. Our job is to find the real cause quickly and fix it properly, rather than patching the symptom and leaving.
Because we use a drone on many inspections, we can show you photos and video of exactly what we have found before any work starts. One customer had been told by several roofers that nothing was wrong. Our drone found the problem straight away.

If your roof can be repaired, we'll repair it. We only recommend a new roof when the underlay has perished, tiles or slates are failing across the whole roof, or repeated repairs are no longer good value, and we'll show you the photos so you can see why.
Where it's useful, we'll quote for both: what needs doing now and what may be needed in future, so you can plan and budget with no surprises.
