Chimney Repairs you can rely on
A damp patch on a chimney breast can come from several places: failed lead flashings, cracked flaunching on top of the stack, porous or perished mortar joints, or an uncapped pot letting rain straight in. Finding the real cause is the difference between a lasting repair and a recurring leak.
One customer had a leak coming into her daughter's bedroom from the chimney breast. Several roofers told her everything was fine. Our drone showed the problem straight away, she had a quote within two hours, and the leak was fixed within a week.

Signs your chimney needs repairing
- Damp patches or staining on the chimney breast
- Water dripping into the fireplace
- Crumbling mortar or loose bricks on the stack
- Cracked flaunching around the chimney pots
- Lead flashing lifting, split or missing
- A leaning or bowed stack
Why chimney leaks get misdiagnosed
From the ground, a chimney can look fine even when the flashing has lifted or the flaunching is cracked. From a ladder, you only see one side. A drone lets us check every face of the stack and the roof around it, so we can show you exactly where water is getting in.
