The problem

Water was coming into a child's bedroom from the chimney breast. Several roofers had already looked and said everything was fine.

What we did

Will inspected the roof with a drone, which showed the problem straight away. A quote followed within two hours of the visit, and the repair was completed within a week, with the customer kept in the loop throughout.
