Emergency Roof Repairs you can rely on
Storms, fallen chimney brickwork, blown tiles and failed flat roofs don't wait for office hours. When water is coming into your home, the priority is to stop further damage and then work out a proper fix.
We'll talk you through what to do while we're on the way, make the roof safe and watertight when we arrive, and come back to complete the permanent repair once we've assessed the damage properly.
Roofing emergencies we deal with

- Storm & wind damageBlown tiles, slates, ridge tiles and verges, or lifted flat roof coverings.
- Chimney damageLoose or fallen brickwork, cracked flaunching or a stack that looks unsafe.
- Flat roof failureSplit, blistered or lifted felt and ponding water leaking through.
- Impact damageTemporary covering and assessment after branches or debris hit the roof.

While you wait for us
- Don't climb onto the roof or use ladders in wind or rain
- Move furniture, electricals and valuables away from the leak
- Catch drips with buckets and towels
- If water is near light fittings or sockets, switch off the electricity at the consumer unit if it's safe to do so
- If a ceiling is bulging with water, keep clear of the area and tell us straight away
- Take photos of the damage for your insurer
Make safe first, then fix it properly
A temporary covering stops the water and protects your home from further damage. Once it's safe, we assess the roof properly, often with a drone, and give you a clear written quote for the permanent repair, with photos of what we found.
For one customer, that meant arriving at 4am to cover the roof, then coming back to remove the damaged sheets and repair a section of fallen chimney brickwork. In his words: "Not a drop came through."
