2. The information we collect

• When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or our quote form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, and any details, photos or videos you send us about your property and the work you need.
• When we quote for and carry out work: your address, details of your property, photos and video of your roof (including drone footage), quotes, invoices, payment records and guarantee documentation.
• When you use this website: your cookie preferences and, only if you consent, anonymous analytics information about how you use the site. See our cookie policy.

Our quote form does not store your information on this website. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp (or your email app) with your message filled in, and nothing is sent to us until you send it from that app.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange an inspection and provide a quote (to take steps at your request before entering into a contract).
• To carry out the work you have asked for, keep you updated, and provide our documentation and guarantees (to perform our contract with you).
• To keep accounting and tax records (to comply with our legal obligations).
• To deal with questions, complaints or guarantee claims, and to protect our legal rights (our legitimate interests).
• To understand how our website is used and improve it, using analytics cookies (only with your consent).

We will not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your information.

4. Drone inspections and photos

If we inspect your roof with a drone, we do so with your agreement and use the footage only to assess, quote for and document the work. We share photos and video with you, and we will ask your permission before using any images of your property in our marketing.

5. Who we share your information with

• Messaging and email providers that carry your messages, such as WhatsApp (Meta) and Google (Gmail).
• Suppliers, scaffolders or subcontractors where needed to complete your job.
• Our accountants and professional advisers.
• Your insurer, if you ask us to provide evidence for a claim.
• Authorities where we are required to by law.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they are required to protect it with appropriate safeguards.

6. How long we keep your information

If your enquiry does not lead to work, we keep your details for up to 12 months and then delete them. For customers, we keep records for as long as needed to honour our guarantee and for at least six years to meet accounting and tax requirements.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.
