Black uPVC guttering and fascias on a brick house next to a flat roof

Fascias, Soffits & Guttering you can rely on

Rotten timber fascias, sagging gutters and leaking joints cause damp walls, stained brickwork and rot in roof timbers. Replacing them with modern, low-maintenance uPVC solves the problem for years to come.

We'll check the bottom row of tiles, the felt at the eaves and the roof ventilation at the same time. Problems there are often the real reason fascias and gutters fail.

FAQs

Fascias, Soffits & Guttering: your questions answered

Can't find your answer? Call or WhatsApp us and we'll be happy to help.

Should I replace or overclad my fascias?

If the existing timber is sound, capping can be an option. If it's rotten, it should be replaced, otherwise the rot carries on behind the new boards. We'll check and advise.

Why are my gutters overflowing?

Usually a blockage (leaves, moss or debris), a sagging section with the wrong fall, or gutters that are too small for the roof. We'll find out which and fix it.

Do you replace just one section of guttering?

Yes. We're happy to replace a single length, a joint or a downpipe as well as carrying out complete roofline replacements.

What colours are available?

uPVC roofline products come in white, black, anthracite grey, brown and wood-effect finishes. We'll match your existing roofline or windows.
